Reduce the consumption of sugar and simple carbohydrates, such extreme dieting is not necessary.
Exercise to relieve stress
The stress is almost impossible to remove the life. However, if you are in control of the fight or flight hormones such as cortisol, by proper use of physical activity. This will be the making of these hormones in the system, and helps build a healthier body as a result.
