Aging is not a pleasing thing for our bodies. I don’t mind the collected wisdom, or the experiences, or not having the kids at home any more. But i mind the wrinkles, aches, and risks. On the inside of me i still feel 25. In the mirror, i don’t look 25 at all, and in my joints i certainly don’t move like i did at 25. Aging studies show that almost all of us lose a considerable amount of bone mass as we age. Part of that may be accounted for by bad dietary habits, and stressful lifestyle, but not all of it. We gradually don’t digest our food as totally, take medicines that slow done liver function farther, and start requiring that fiber more often times. It has been shown in recent studies that certain nutrients are critical to go slower this aging routine.
